FOXA1 was the only gene to achieve significance once adjusted in the recurrence free survival model.  

The majority of responders presented with higher Tumor Inflammation Signature scores and had longer survival as assessed by the Kaplan Meier plots, suggesting that the TIS score could be a predictor of long-term outcome. However, there were very few responders with high TIS score, which may confound the interpretation of the data in this study.

If there are significant adjusted p-values (< 0.05), then box plots of the corresponding signatures are shown below.  If no significant adjusted p-values are found, then signature box plots corresponding to significant unadjusted p-values (< 0.05) are displayed.  This is denoted by the subtitle for each plot.
